اللغة الشفهية لدى الطفل الأصم المستفيد من الزرع القوقعي

Résumé: يتطلب اكتساب اللغة الشفهية سلامة الجهاز العصبي من الجانب التشريحي والجانب المعرفي وكذلك الحواس المسؤولة عن استقبال المعلومات الصوتية الحسية(الاذن) بالإضافة الى تفاعل الطفل مع محيطه، فالطفل لديه مهارات وقدرات تؤهله لاكتساب المهارات الاتصالية وتطويرها، وأي اصابة على مستوى الاذن ينجم عنها في الغالب صمم الذي يخلف اضطرابات الاتصال والتواصل، الا أن البحث العلمي توصل الى اختراع تقنية زراعة القوقعة كبديل للأذن المصابة والتي تسمح للأصم بالتعرف على العالم الجهري، تكيفه مع بيئته ، تطوير لغته الاستقبالیة و الانتاجية من خلال استفادته من تكفل أرطوفوني ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات والذي يهدف الى تحسين اكتساب اللغة الشفهية لدى الأصم. Acquisition of oral language requires the integrity of the nervous system on both the anatomical and cognitive side, as well as the senses responsible for receiving sensory sound information (the ear) in addition to the child’s interaction with his surroundings. As the child has skills and abilities that qualify him to acquire and develop communication skills, and any injury at the level of the ear often results in deafness, which leads to communication issues. Howev er, scientific research has led to the invention of cochlear implant technology as an alternative to the affected ear, which allows the deaf child to learn about the world of sounds, adapt it to its environment, and develop its receptive and productive language. All this is with the support of speech therapists within a multidisciplinary team, which aims to improve the oral language acquisition of the deaf child.
