مستوى تقدير الذات وعلاقته بالاغتراب الوظيفي لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين دراسة ميدانية بجامعة سطيف2

Résumé: سعت هذه الدراسـة إلى معرفـة مستوى تقدير الذات وعلاقته بالاغتراب الوظيفي لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين، من خلال معرفة الدلالة الإحصائية لعلاقة كل مستوى من مستويات التقدير بمحور من محاور الاغتراب تكونت عينة الدراسة من 140 أستاذ وأستاذة من جامعة محمد لمين دباغين سطيف2. وقد أشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى وجود الدلالة الإحصائية لعلاقة مستوى تقدير الذات بالاغتراب الوظيفي لأساتذة الجامعة في أربع فرضيات جزئية، في حين لم تكن كذلك بالنسبة الفرضيات الجزئية الثمانية المتبقية، وعليه فإن الفرضية العامة لهذه الدراسة قد تحققت بنسبة 48%. ...................................................................................................................................................... This study sought to know the level of self-esteem and its relation to job expatriation among university professors, by knowing the statistical significance of the relation of each level of estimation with the axis of expatriate axes. The sample of the study consisted of 140 professors and professors from the University of Mohamed Lamine Dabarin Setif 2. The results of this study indicate that there is a statistical significance of the relationship of the level of self-assessment to the academic expatriates of the university professors in four partial hypotheses, while not for the remaining eight partial hypotheses. Accordingly, the general hypothesis of this study was achieved by 48%.
