La Formation Des Enseignants Nouvellement Recrutés À L’université: Enquête Auprès Des Enseignants De L’université De Bejaia

Résumé: Abstract : This article reports on the results of a study conducted among newly recruited professors at University of Bejaia, the objective of which was to show the impact of their received training on the performance of their duties. As part of this study, we would like to question the quality of the training received by professors during their probationary period: is this training sufficient for the exercise of the teaching profession? Is the content of the training adapted to the new digital learning requirements? We will try to provide some answers through a survey of 20 trainees who received initial training for 12 months. ملخص يتناول هذا المقال نتائج لدراسة ميدانية أجريت على أساتذة جامعيين حديثي التوظيف في جامعة بجاية، وكان الهدف منها إظهار تأثير التكوين الذي تلقاه هؤلاء الأساتذة الجدد على أداء وظائفهم. نريد من خلال هذه الدراسة أن نتساءل عن جودة التكوين الذي يتلقاه هؤلاء الأساتذة خلال فترة التربص: هل هذا التكوين كافٍ لممارسة مهنة التدريس؟ وهل محتوى التكوين يتكيف مع المتطلبات الجديدة للتعلم الرقمي؟ سنحاول الاجابة عن التساؤلات المطروحة من خلال اجراء دراسة ميدانية شملت 20 أستاذا جامعيا متربصا تلقوا تكوينا أوليًا لمدة 12 شهرًا.
