Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى مساهمة صندوق ضبط الايرادات في تمويل العجز الموازني، فلقد لعب الصندوق دورا بارزا في الحفاظ على التوازن النقدي و المالي للدولة لاسيما بعد الانخفاض الحاد الذي شهدته اسعار المحروقات في الاسواق العالمية . وبالرغم من الدور الفعال الذي لعبه صندوق ضبط الايرادات في احتواء العجز الموزاني خلال فترة الدراسة و مساهمته في تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي للجزائر الا انه يبقى رهين متغيرات خارجية و ارتباطه بمورد وحيد يجعله اكثر عرضة للصدمات الخارجية. Abstract : The aim of this study is to find out the role of Revenue adjustment fund in financing the budget deficit, the crucial role of the fund is apparent in its effective role to achieve the monetary and financial balance of the state especially after oil prices low in global markets. Despite the active role played by the fund in cover the budget deficit during the period of study and his contribution to achieve the economy stability of Algeria but its dependent on external variables.
