دراسة تحليلية لدور صندوق ضبط الموارد في تمويل العجز الموازني في الجزائرخلال الفترة (2000-2018)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل دور صندوق ضبط الموارد في تمويل العجز الموازني في الجزائر. حيث حاولنا تقييم صندوق ضبط الموارد من خلال الوقوف على كيفية استخدامه في معالجة اختلالات الموازنة العامة خلال الفترة (2000-2018). وقد توصلنا الى أن صندوق ضبط الموارد ساهم بشكل كبير ولعب دورا هاما وفعالا في تمويل عجز الموازنة العامة للدولة فضلا عن دوره في تخفيض المديونية الخارجية. This study aims to analyze the role of the Revenue Regulation Fund in financing the budget deficit in Algeria. Where we tried to evaluate the Revenue Regulation Fund by identifying how it was used in addressing the imbalances of the general budget during the period (2000-2018). We have concluded that the Revenue Regulation Fund has contributed and played an important and effective role in financing the state’s general budget deficit, as well as its role in reducing the external debt.
