علاقة إدارة الوقت بأداء الموظف العمومي في الجزائر : دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء Cnas - وكالة ولاية المسيلة 2019/2020 -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة للبحث في علاقة إدارة الوقت وأداء الموظف العمومي في مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء بوكالة ولاية المسيلة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطوير استبيان من قبل الباحثة لتغطية محورين يتعلقان بمها ا رت إدارة ال وقت و مستوى أداء الموظف العمومي، حيث تم التحقق من صدق وثبات الاستبيان، تم توزيعه على عينة البحث والتي تم احتساب حجمها وحددت ) 60 مستجوبا) موزعين على الموظفين بمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية بوكالة المسيلة، ولاجراء التحليل الإحصائي لهذه الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على النسب المئوية,، المتوسطات الحسابية الانحراف المعياري وغيرها من المعالجات الاحصائية عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية النسخة 21.0(SPSS Version21.0) وكانت نتيجة الدارسة ذات ارتباط جيَد بين المتغير المستقل " إدارة الوقت" والتابع ( أداء الموظف العمومي(, مما يساعد على تحسين مستوى أداء الموظفين في المؤسسة وتم اثبات ذلك عن طريق معامل الارتباط لسيبرمان، حيث تم التوصل إلى أن مهارات إدارة الوقت من أهم المداخل التي يؤخذ بها لرفع مستوى أداء الموظف العمومي . الكلمات المفتاحية: إدارة الوقت؛ أداء الموظف العمومي؛ مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء بوكالة ولاية المسيلة. Abstract The objective of this study is to investigate the relation between the time management and the public employee’s performance at the National fund of Social security for wage workers at M’sila state agency, In order to achieve this goal, a questionnaire was developed by the researcher to cover two axes related to the time management skills and the level of public employee performance, Where the validity and reliability of the questionnaire was verified. It was distributed to the sample of the research, which was calculated and determined by (60) respondents, distributed to the employees at the National fund of Social security at M’sila state agency, Based on percentage, statistical averages, standard deviation, and other statistical treatments by using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS Version21.0). The result of the study indicates that there is a correlation between the independent variable “ time management “ and “the public employee’s performance”, which helps to improve the employee performance level in the organization. This was proved by the correlation coefficient of spearman. It was concluded that time management skills are one of the most important approaches that are taken to raise the level of public employee performance.
