إجراءات التعويض وتغطية المخاطر الفلاحية دراسة حالة الصندوق الجهوي للتعاون الفلاحي بتلمسان – باقة التأمين الثقة نموذجا-

Résumé: يعد التأمين الفلاحي أداة فعالة لتسيير و تغطية المخاطر المتعددة التي قد يتعرّض لها النشاط الفلاحي من خلال المؤسسات التأمينية أهمها الصندوق الجهوي للتعاون الفلاحي المتخصص في التأمين الفلاحي الذي يساعد الفلاحين على تدني المخاطر المرتبطة بالأنشطة الفلاحية وتعويض الخسائر جزئيا أو كليا ، لذا يهدف هذا البحث الى محاولة تشخيص سوف التأمينات الفلاحة في الجزائر مع توضيح مختلف الإجراءات و آليات التعوبض التي يقوم بها الصندوق الجهوي للتعاون الفلاحي وتوصلت الدراسة أن للصندوق مساهمة فعالة في دعم الفلاحين ومرافقتهم وتقديم التسهيلات من خلال حزمة من المنتجات التأمينية أبرزها باقة التأمين الثقة أهم وسيلة المخاطر لما لها من مزايا عديدة فهو يعمل على تعويض و تغطية المخاطر الفلاحية التي قد يتعرّض لها المستثمر الفلاحي Abstract : Agricultural insurance is considered an effective tool for managing and covering risks associated with agricultural activity through the Regional Fund for Agricultural Cooperation, specialized in agricultural insurance, which helps farmers to reduce the risks associated with agricultural activities and to compensate for losses partially or completely, This research aims to analyze the agricultural insurance market in Algeria, with an explanation of the various procedures and compensation mechanisms carried out by the Regional Fund for Agricultural Cooperation. The study concluded that the Fund has an effective contribution to support and accompany farmers and to provide facilities through A package of insurance products Most notably ,Trust Insurance Package one of the most important means to face such risks through providing the insurance coverage of agricultural risks that may be exposed to the agricultural investor.
