Résumé: إن التأمين الفلاحي يعد من أهم التأمينات لما له من دور فعال وأثر كبير في حماية وتطور القطاع الفلاحي، وذلك عن طريق المؤسسات التأمينية ومن أهمها الصندوق الوطني للتعاون الفلاحي، الذي يعتبر أهم مؤسسة تأمينية متخصصة في التأمين الفلاحي بالإضافة إلى أنه يولي أهمية كبيرة لطبقة الفلاحين حيث يغطي مختلف المخاطر التي تمسهم سواء نباتية أو حيوانية أو التي تمس العتاد الفلاحي والتي تنشأ عنها خسائر فادحة . وقد أعطت الدولة اهتماما كبيرا لقطاع التأمين الفلاحي ويتجلى ذلك في المخطط الوطني للتنمية الفلاحية و الريفية الذي ترمي من خلاله إلى الاستقرار والتوازن الفلاحي والغذائي، وهذا ما يوفر للفلاحين تسهيلات وبوجود التأمين الفلاحي يكون الفلاح في استقرار نفسي للقيام بنشاطاته ومواجهة الصعوبات والعقبات التي تعترضهم. Agricultural insurance is considered one of the most important insurance because of its effective role and great impact in protecting and developing the agricultural sector, through insurance institutions, the most important of which is the National Fund for Agricultural Cooperation, which is considered the most important insurance institution specializing in agricultural insurance in addition to that it attaches great importance to the peasant class as it covers various The risks that affect them, whether plant or animal, or that affect agricultural equipment and that lead to heavy losses. The state has given great attention to the agricultural insurance sector, and this is evident in the national plan for agricultural and rural development, through which it aims to achieve stability and agricultural and food balance .
