تحليل بعض الخصائص الجسمية و الفيسيولوجية لحكام كرة القدم

Résumé: تهدف دراستنا إلى تحليل و مقارنة وتحديد الاختلافات حسب مستوى حكام كرة القدم بين بعض الخصائص الفيسيولوجية والتي تتمثل في الحجم الأقصى لاستهلاك للأكسجينVO2max والنبض القلبي في حالة الراحة FC repos، بالإضافة إلى مؤشر الكتلة الجسمية IMC ، ولمعرفة هذا قمنا بالقياسات المخبرية على مستوى المركز الوطني للطب الرياضي CNMS ( الطول ، الوزن ، النبض القلبي في حالة الراحة ) بالإضافة إلى اختبار مؤشر الكفاءة البدنية PWC 170 للحجم الأقصى لاستهلاك الأكسجين، وتتمثل عينة الدراسة من 40 حكم كرة قدم( 20حكم من رابطة الهواة و20 حكم من القسم الجهوي ) ، حيث بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة P≤0,O5 بالنسبة للحجم الأقصى لاستهلاك للأكسجينVO2max اما في ما يخص النبض القلبي في حالة الراحة FC repos وكذلك بالنسبة لمؤشر الكتلة الجسمية IMC فلم نسجل وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة P≤0,O5بين الحكام الهواة والحكام الجهويين لكرة القدم . : our study aims to analyze and compare and identify differences according to the level of soccer referees between some physiological characteristic that are represented in the maximum oxygen consumption ( VO2max ) and the heart in rest ( HR rest ) , in addition to the body mass index ( BMI ) , the find out this , we performed laboratory measurements at the national center of sport medicine CNMS ( height , weight , heart rate at rest ) . in addition to physical aptitude test PWC170 to extract the maximum aerobic capacity and the study consisted of 40 soccer referees ; 20 amateur referees and 20 regional ones , where the results showed the existence of difference maximum oxygen consumption at statistical significance level P≤0,05 , concerning the heart rate in rest and body mass index we did not record any statistically significant differences at the significance level P≤0,05 between amateur referees and regional soccer referees
