أثر الاشتمال المالي في ضوء الشفافية المالية على البنوك التجارية بغزة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلي معرفة دور أبعاد الاشتمال المالي في سلوك عملاء بنك الإسلامي الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة في ضوء الشفافية المالية وكانت الإشكالية تتمحور حول أثر الاشتمال المالي في ضوء الشفافية المالية في البنوك التجارية بغزة وكانت فرضيات الدراسة توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاشتمال المالي والشفافية المالية في بنك الإسلامي الفلسطيني حيث تم استخدام الإستبانة من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها هي أن المتوسط الحسابي النسبي لجميع فقرات إستبانة "الاشتمال المالي" يساوي (69.4%)، وهذا يعني أن هناك موافقة بدرجة متوسطة من قبل أفراد العينة على فقرات الاشتمال المالي. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤ 0.05) في استجابات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير الجنس،المؤهل العلمي،سنوات الخدمة. The study aims to learn the role of the dimensions of the financial inclusion in the behavior of the Palestinian Islamic Bank in the Gaza Strip in the light of financial transparency and the problem is focused on the impact of financial inclusion in the light of financial transparency in commercial banks in Gaza and the assessments of the study were statistically significant between financial inclusion and financial transparency The Palestinian Islamic Bank, where the questionnaire has been used to be one of the most important findings is that the relative arithmetic medium for all the paragraphs of the 'financial inclusion' equals (67.6%), which means that there is medium-sized approval by sample members on the paragraphs of the financial inclusion. There are no statistically significant differences at a significant level (α 0.05) in respondents of sample members attributed to gender, scientific qualification, years of service.
