صراع النفوذ في إفريقيا :بين التغلغل الاقتصادي الصيني و التواجد العسكري الأمريكي

Résumé: الملخص: يتجه واقع القارة الإفريقية إلى التوصيف السلبي،كونها تضم دولا متخلفة على المستويات السياسية والاقتصادية التكنولوجية،كتراكمات تاريخية أسس لها الاستعمار القديم ، في مقابل ثروات طبيعية هائلة تعتبر قوة كامنة هائلة، و هي ثنائية تجعل منها مجالا حيويا للتنافـس الدولي،خاضعة بذلك لمصدر تقرير خارجي لسياساتها، هو ما يعني جليا أنها واقعة في دائرة التبعية الهيكلية دوليا،لاسيما بعد الحرب الباردة أين برز التنافس على أشده بين أمريكا و الصين مترجم إلى تنافس بين وسائل مختلفة: الإستراتيجية و التواجد العسكري الأمريكي مقابل القوة الناعمة الصينية : الاقتصادية و الدبلوماسية . ABSTRACT: The reality of the Africain continent is moving towards a negative characterization because it contains some under developed countries mainly in political , economical and technological levels due to ancient colonialisms versus tremendous natural resources that they contains, what makes them a vital area for international competition and faced also to external policies reports. This means that it is an international subordination especially after the cold war where it appears a great competition between USA and China maybe in the presence of the American military strategies versus the Chinese industry.
