أثر إدراة المعرفة على التعلم التنظيمي: الدور المعدل لتكنولوجيا المعلومات
Résumé: The current study aims to illustrate the impact of knowledge management on organizational learning under technology by building a viable model consisting of three basic variables: knowledge management as an independent variable, technology as an intermediate variable, and organizational learning as a dependent variable. In order to achieve this, a two-part questionnaire was designed. The first part contains the personal information of the study sample. The second part includes three axes of the study variables, which consists of 35 paragraphs. They were distributed to a sample of the employees at Ahmed Draia University in Adrar. Of the 125 employees, 97 were retrieved, 8 of which were not valid for analysis, and the data obtained by (SPSS) and (PROCESS) were analyzed. One of the most important findings was that there is an impact of knowledge management on organizational learning under the technology in the sample study.
