دور إدارة الموارد البشرية في تفعيل قيمة الكفاءات بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى البحث والكشف عن الدور الذي تقوم به إدارة الموارد البشرية في تفعيل قيمة الكفاءات البشرية بالمؤسسة والوظائف التي تتولاها إدارة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية الخاصة، ومن أجل ذلك أجريت الدراسة الميدانية بمؤسسة "IRIS" لصناعة وتركيب الثلاجات بسطيف على عينة متكونة من (150) عامل من مختلف الفئات المهنية، مستعملين المنهج الوصفي والاستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وبعد عرض وتحليل بيانات الدراسة الميدانية توصلت الدراسة إلى: - أن لإدارة الموارد البشرية دور إيجابي ومتوسطة في تفعيل قيمة الكفاءات بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة. -وأن للبرامج التكوينية المعدة بالمؤسسة دور إيجابي وكبير في إكساب وزيادة وتفعيل مهارات الأفراد بالمؤسسة وقدراتهم. - وأن لاعتماد المؤسسة على معايير موضوعية في توزيع الأجور دور إيجابي وكبير في تفعيل قيمة الكفاءات بالمؤسسة. This study seeks to research and reveal the role played by the human resources department in activating the value of human competencies in the organization and the functions that the human resources department in private Algerian industrial establishments undertakes. (150) workers from different occupational groups, using the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and after presenting and analyzing the data of the field study, the study concluded: The human resources department has a positive and moderate role in activating the value of competencies in the organization under study. The training programs prepared in the institution have a positive and significant role in acquiring, increasing and activating the skills and abilities of individuals in the institution. - And that the institution's reliance on objective criteria in the distribution of wages has a positive and significant role in activating the value of competencies in the institution
