أسوء أشكال عمالة الأطفال بين الواقع و الحلول دراسة على ضوء أحكام اتفاقية رقم 182 لسنة 1999 لمنظمة العمل الدولية

Résumé: لا تزال مكافحة أسوء أشكال عمالة الأطفال على الصعيد الدولي تطرح تحديا كبيرا، كونها مهمة معقدة تستدعي بذل جهود جبارة متكاملة، و متناسقة مع بعضها البعض من قبل جميع أصحاب المصلحة، بدءا من صانعي القرار إلى المؤسسات و وصلا إلى أصحاب العمل و العمال أطفالا وبالغين، بالإضافة إلى عائلتهم و المجتمعات التي يعيشون فيها. ومن أجل تحقيق نهجا شملا للقضاء على عمالة الأطفال في الأعمال المرهقة، عكفت منظمة العمل الدولية من خلال البرنامج الدولي للقضاء على عمال الأطفال التابع لها، هيكلا تراتبيا مؤلفا من ثلاث استيراتجيات و هي : الوقاية، السحب و الحماية، هدفها الأول هو التدخل لمعالجة الأسباب المختلفة لعمل الأطفال. Abstract Combating the worst forms of child labor at the international level still poses a great challenge, as it is a complex task that requires great efforts, integrated, and coordinated with some given by all stakeholders, starting from decision makers to institutions and reaching employers and workers, children and adults as well as their family and the communities in which they live. In order to achieve a comprehensive approach to eliminating child labor in stressful work, the International Labor Organization, through its International Program for the Elimination of Child Labor, has worked on a hierarchical structure consisting of three strategies: prevention, withdrawal and protection, the first objective of which is to intervene to address the various causes child labor.
