الأبعاد السوسيو إقتصادية لعمالة الأطفال في الجزائر The Socio-economic Dimensions Of Child Labor In Algeria

Résumé: تحظى افريقيا بأعلى معدلات وجود لعمالة الاطفال عالميا و الأقل استقرارًا على المستوى الاقتصادي ،و تهافت الاطفال على سوق العمل مؤشر كبير على شرخ اجتماعي خطير و مشكلة ذات ابعاد سوسيو اقتصادية في المجتمع الجزائري التي دفعت الاطفال للعمل ، كما تعد جريمة اخلاقية تحرمهم من طفولتهم وتضر بنموهم البدني والعقلي ، أهم أسبابها الفقر ،الظروف الاجتماعية الأسرية،التسرب المدرسي وغيرها ،و كشفت آخر دراسة حول الظاهرة قامت بها الهيئة الجزائرية لتطوير الصحة وترقية البحث "فورام" ،عن تواجد مليون طفل عامل في الجزائر ويزيد هذا العدد بـ 300 ألف طفل أيام العطل والمناسبات ،كما كشف أحدث تقرير لمنظمة العمل الدولية عن 13 مليون طفل عامل في الدول العربية ،تحتل الجزائر فيها المرتبة الأولى بـ 1.8 مليون طفل عامل ،بينهم 1.3 مليون تراوح أعمارهم بين 6 و 13 سنة من ضمنهم 56٪ من الإناث و28٪ من الذكور لا يتعدى سنهم ـ15 سنة ،وهذا العمل تقديم تحليلي و قراءة سوسيولوجية عن اهم اسباب ظاهرة عمالة الاطفال و النتائج المترتبة عليها ،لايجاد الطرق و الحلول المناسبة للعلاج.
