Résumé: الملخص: يحلل البحث الخطاب السياسي العراقي ويناقش إمكانية رسم استراتيجية أمنية لحل المعضلات الامنية التي تؤثر على طبيعة مساره ويؤثر في شكلها، ليجد مفارقة أدائية في المطارحات الخطابية، فالقوى السياسية تربط بين امنها والامن الوطني وخطابها والخطاب الوطني في تفاعلاتها السياسية وتلك هي مفارقة حقيقية، والتي افصحت عن طبيعة خطابات القوى السياسية التي تميل الى التقارب في الطروحات والتطارح في الشروحات، لتظهر علاقة طردية بين طبيعة الخطاب السياسي والمعضلات الأمنية، وهذا الأمر يعتمد كثيراً على كبر المعضلات التي تقوى كلما قل الأمن، وتضعف كلما ازداد الأمن، فبجودتها الإدارية تنتخب خطابها السياسي، وهذا إن دل على شيء، فانه يدل على أهمية الخطاب السياسي الذي حملته التجارب السياسية في المدركات قادة الإدارات السياسية وأثره على المجتمع. Abstract: The research analyzes the Iraqi political discourse and discusses the possibility of drawing a security strategy to solve the security dilemmas that affect the nature of its course and affect its shape, to find a performance paradox in the rhetorical arguments. The nature of the discourses of political forces that tend to converge in propositions and quarrel in explanations, to show a direct relationship between the nature of political discourse and security dilemmas, and this matter depends a lot on the large dilemmas that become stronger the less security, and weaken the more security increases. Indicative of something, it indicates the importance of the political discourse that political experiences carried in the perceptions of leaders of political administrations and its impact on society.
