الذكاء الوجداني وعلاقته بإدراك الضغط النفسي لدى معلمي التعليم الابتدائي - دراسة تطبيقية بمدارس التعليم الابتدائي بولاية الأغواط

Résumé: ملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الوجداني وإدراك الضغط النفسي لدى معلمي التعليم الابتدائي بولاية الأغواط. (الجزائر). قدر أفراد عينة الدراسة بـ (160 معلماً ومعلمة). وتم استخدام مقياس الذكاء الوجداني ومقياس إدراك الضغط النفسي كأدوات لجمع البيانات, وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية خلصت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: 1- توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائياً بين الذكاء الوجداني وادراك الضغط النفسي عند معلمي التعليم الابتدائي. 2- توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في ادراك الضغط النفسي بين المعلمين ذوي المستوى المرتفع من الذكاء الوجداني والمعلمين ذوي المستوى المنخفض من الذكاء الوجداني. 3- يوجد تباين دال إحصائيا في إدراك الضغط النفسي يعزى إلى الذكاء الوجداني والجنس والتفاعل بينهما. 4- يوجد تباين دال احصائيا في ادراك الضغط النفسي يعود إلى الذكاء الوجداني والخبرة والتفاعل بينهما. الكلمات المفتاح : الذكاء الوجداني؛ الضغط النفسي؛ المعلم. Summary: This study aimed to examine the nature of the relationship between emotional intelligence and awareness of psychological pressure among primary education teachers in Wilayat Laghouat. (Algeria). The study sample individuals estimated (160 male and female teachers). The Emotional Intelligence Scale and the Psychological Stress Awareness Scale were used as tools to collect data. After statistical treatment, the study concluded the following results: 1- There is a statistically significant correlation between emotional intelligence and awareness of psychological pressure among primary education teachers. 2- There are statistically significant differences in awareness of psychological pressure between teachers with a high level of emotional intelligence and teachers with a low level of emotional intelligence. 3- There is a statistically significant difference in the perception of psychological pressure attributable to emotional intelligence, gender, and the interaction between them. 4- There is a statistically significant variation in the perception of psychological pressure due to emotional intelligence, experience and interaction between them.
