واقع الصحة الإنجابية للمرأة الجزائرية (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المريضات بعدة مستشفيات جزائرية )

Résumé: الملخص: باعتبار الصحة الإنجابية للمرأة تتطلب مجموعة ﻤﻥ ﺍﻷﺴﺎﻟﻴﺏ ﻭﺍﻟﻁﺭﻕ ﻭﺍﻟﺨﺩﻤﺎﺕ، فإنها تهدف إلى إيجاد الحلول للمشاكل الصحية للمرأة، المشتملة بدورها على ﺍﻟﺼﺤﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﺴﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲﺘﺭﻤﻲ ﺇﻟﻰ تكوين الأسرة، وﺘﺤﺴﻴﻥ ﻨﻭﻋﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ، وتتجاوز ﻤﺠﺭﺩ ﺘﻘـﺩﻴﻡ ﺍﻟﻤـﺸﻭﺭﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺭﻋﺎﻴـﺔ ﺍﻟﻁﺒﻴﺔ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻴﺘﻌﻠﻕ ﺒﺎﻹﻨﺠﺎﺏ ﻭﺍﻷﻤﺭﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﻨﺘﻘل عن طريق الإتصال الجنسي. ولهذا انطلقنا في بحثنا هذا من إشكال: ما هو واقع الصحة الإنجابية للمرأة في المجتمع بشكل عام، والمجتمع الجزائري بشكل خاص؟ وما هي أهم مؤشراتها؟، وعلى هذا سنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية، التعريف بمفهوم الصحة الإنجابية للمرأة، وتحديد مكونات خدماتها، ثم نربط هذه الصحة بالحمل، لنبحث بعد ذلك في الأمراض التي تحول دون تحقيق هذه الصحة الإنجابية، وسنسقط كل ذلك على المجتمع الجزائري من خلال عينة من المريضات بعدة مستشفيات جزائرية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصحة الإنجابية، المريضة، الحمل. Summary: Women's reproductive health requires a range of methods, methods and services. This is why we started this question: What is the reality of women's reproductive health in society in general and Algerian society in particular? And what are the most important indicators? Therefore, we will try in this paper, to introduce the concept of reproductive health for women, and identify the components of their services, and then link this health pregnancy, to discuss then the diseases that prevent the achievement of this reproductive health, During a sample of patients in several Algerian hospitals
