دور الإصلاح المصرفي في الجزائر في تفعيل دور البنوك في تمويل الاقتصاد

Résumé: ملخص: سعت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الإصلاح المصرفي 90 -10 في إرساء الاستقلال المالي لبنك الجزائر وتفعيل دور البنوك في تمويل الاقتصاد بعدما كانت الخزينة العمومية هي المسؤولة عن هذا الدور خلال مرحلة الاقتصاد المخطط. وقد توصلت الدراسة لنتائج أهمها الدور الحيوي الذي تلعبه البنوك كمصدر أساسي لتمويل الاقتصاد في الجزائر في ظل غياب سوق مالي قادر على توفير الموارد المالية التي تحتاجها البنوك من أجل تمويل استثماراتها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإصلاح المصرفي، النظام البنكي الجزائري، قانون 90-10، تمويل الاقتصاد، القروض البنكية. Abstract: The study sought to highlight the role of banking reform 90-10 in establishing the financial independence of the Bank of Algeria and activating the role of banks in financing the economy after the public treasury was responsible for this role during the stage of the planned economy. The study concluded with the most important results of the vital role played by banks as the main source of financing the economy in Algeria in the absence of a financial market capable of providing the financial resources needed by banks to finance their investments.
