العدالة المعاملاتية وعلاقتها بالمشكلات التنظيمية -دراسة استطلاعية بالادارة المحلية بلدية ورقلة- The Interactional Justice And Its Relationship To Organizational Problems -exploratory Study In Local Administration -ouargla Municipality

Résumé: جاءت هذه الدراسة ضمن اطروحة موسعة اشتغلنا عليها، حول موضوع العدالة التنظيمية بالادارة المحلية، من خلال إدراك الاطارات كفئة مهنية واجتماعية للواقع المهني وللممارسات التنظيمية. وفي هذا المقال نركز بحثنا على أحد أهم الابعاد المشكلة لمفهوم العدالة التنظيمية، متمثلة في بعد العدالة التعاملاتية او التفاعلية والتي تعكس طبيعة ونوعية وطرق التواصل (الرسمي وغير الرسمي) وكيفية تطبيق الاجراءات والمعاملة بين مختلف الفئات المهنية المكونة للبناء الاجتماعي للتنظيم، إذ إنه في غياب هذه العدالة المعاملاتية نكون أمام إنعدام الثقة وانخفاظ الفاعلية الفردية والجماعية ومنه استفحال المشكلات التنظيمية كالغيابات المتكررة والاهمال وعدم الانضباط والتهرب من المسؤولية ..الخ، و التي تعيق تحقيق اهداف التنظيم. الكلمات المفتاحية: العدالة المعاملاتية; المشكلات التنظيمية ; الإدارة المحلية . abstract: This article focuses on one of the most important dimensions of the concept of organizational justice, which is interactional justice, which reflects the nature, quality, and methods of communication (formal and informal) and the way in which procedures are applied. and treatment among the various occupational groups that make up the social structure of the organization. In the absence of this interactional justice, we are confronted with a lack of organizational trust and a decrease in individual and collective effectiveness, hence the escalation of organizational problems such as repeated absences, negligence, lack of discipline, etc., which hinder the achievement of the organization's objectives.
