دور الاتصال الداخلي في تحقيق العدالة التنظيمية

Résumé: الهدف من الدراسة هو تحديد العلاقة بين الاتصال الداخلي والعدالة التنظيمية، فمن أجل الوصول لهذا الهدف تم إعداد استبيان لغرض جمع البيانات وتوزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة (عمال الشركة الوطنية للتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز بشار )، وتم الاعتماد على برنامجspss من أجل القيام بالتحليل الإحصائي لهذه الدراسة، مستخدمين مقاييس الإحصاء الوصفي ،الانحدار الخطي البسيط، معامل ارتباط بيرسون ،وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج: لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاتصال الداخلي والعدالة التوزيعية، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاتصال الداخلي والعدالة الإجرائية، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاتصال الداخلي والعدالة التفاعلية، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاتصال الداخلي والعدالة التنظيمية. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between internal communication and organizational justice, in order to reach this objective questionnaire was developed for the purpose of data collection and distribution of the study sample (National Company for distribution of electricity and gas workers Bechar), has been relying on spss program in order to do the statistical analysis of this study, users descriptive statistics metrics, simple linear regression, Pearson correlation coefficient, The study results. There is no statistically significant relationship between the internal communication and distributive justice, There is statistically significant relationship between the internal communication and procedural justice, There is statistically significant relationship between the internal communication and interactional justice, There is statistically significant relationship between internal communication and organizational justice.
