Résumé: This labeled study, titled "Organizational Justice and its Relation to Professional Mobility," aimed Within the company, to learn about organizational justice and its relation to the professional mobility of the National Fund for Social Insurance, agency of Ouargla, which was conducted during the 2021/2022 school season, on a research community of 100 employees, the field research approach was adopted because of consistency with the subject's nature. We also relied on the comprehensive survey method, while the data collection tool was the observation and the questionnaire form as a basic tool. This study concluded that organizational justice in its three forms (transactional, distributive and procedural) in relation to professional mobility varied from one dimension to another and we have registered an agreement among the interviewees about the following: 1- Distributive justice has a significant role in the employee's lack of thinking about demanding a career transfer of the institution as this dimension has played a pivotal role in the effectiveness of performance, loyalty to the institution and the desire to hold on to the position. 2- The contribution of procedural justice to ensuring objective criteria for the promotion of employees inside the enterprise in terms of bonuses, incentives, job training and promotion which directly reflects the nature of the employee's relation with the enterprise and his perceptions of employment. 3- Transactional justice played a prominent role in the absence of turnover of enterprise work which was reflected in the creation of a working atmosphere based on understanding, cooperation and freedom, which helped to boost the morale of employees and create their entrepreneurial spirit, leading to collective cohesion and thus job stability for them.
