تأثير التوسع في الإنفاق الحكومي على التشغيل بالجزائر دراسة قياسية للفترة 1990-2016

Résumé: ملخص: يدرس هذا البحث العلاقة بين معدل التشغيل والإنفاق الحكومي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2016، وذلك باستخدام منهجية التكامل المشترك واختبار السببية ونموذج تصحيح الخطأ، وقد توصل البحث إلى عدم استقرار السلاسل الزمنية لكل من معدل التشغيل والإنفاق الحكومي، لكن بعد تطبيق الفروق الأولى أصبحت هده السلاسل مستقرة، إذا هده السلاسل متكاملة من الفوارق الأول. ومن خلال استخدام طريقة johanson توصلنا فقط إلى إمكانية وجود علاقة تكامل متزامن واحدة بين معدلات التشغيل والإنفاق الحكومي في الجزائر، كما توجد علاقة سببية في اتجاه واحد بينهما. وبتقدير نموذج تصحيح الخطأ وجد أن الانحراف الفعلي عن التوازن بين المتغيرين يصحح بمقدار 31.30% في كل سنة. الكلمات المفتاحية: معدل التشغيل، الإنفاق الحكومي، التكامل المشترك، نموذج تصحيح الخطأ . Abstract: This research examines the relationship between employment rate and public spending in Algeria during the period of 1990-2016, using the methodology of the Co-integration, causality test and ECM model. The research found that the time series of employment rate and public spending are non-stationary, and to make them stationary the first dif-ferences are applied. Therefore, the time series are integrated of the first orders and using Johanson test, we found a co-integration between employment rate and public spending in Algeria, in addition to a causal relationship in one direction between them. After error correction model estimation, we found that the actual deviation from equilibrium between the two variables, is corrected by31.30% each year. keywords: employment rate, public spending, Co-integration, ECM model.
