اثر استراتيجية توظيف الموارد البشرية في الميزة التنافسية المستدامة-دراسة ميدانية في عينة من المؤسسات الإقتصادية بولاية سكيكدة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر إستراتيجية توظيف الموارد البشرية في الميزة التنافسية المستدامة في عينة من المؤسسات الإقتصادية بولاية سكيكدةـ، وقد تم الإعتماد على الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع بيانات الدراسة وذلك بتوزيعه على عينة عشوائية مؤلفة من 105 موظف. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى متوسط في ممارسة إستراتيجية توظيف الموارد البشرية، كما أن مستوى الميزة التنافسية المستدامة لهذه المؤسسات متوسط، بالإضافة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لإستراتيجية توظيف الموارد البشرية على الميزة التنافسية المستدامة. The study aimed to identify the impact of human resource staffing strategy in sustainable competitive advantage in a sample of economic companies in the state of skikda, the questionnaire was used as main tool in collecting data through a distributed it on a random sample of 105 employees. The study concluded that the level of the implementation of human resource staffing strategy is mean, as well as the level of sustainable competitive advantage, and there is a statistically significant impact of human resource staffing strategy on sustainable competitive advantage.
