مساهمة مرتكزات استراتيجيات التحول الرقمي لتعزيز اليقظة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية - دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية الشلف-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة مرتكزات استراتيجيات التحول الرقمي في تعزيز اليقظة الاستراتيجية لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية الشلف، تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات من أفراد العينة التي بلغ عددها (40)مفردة ومعالجتها باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق مرتكزات استراتيجيات التحول الرقمي يساهم في تعزيز اليقظة الاستراتيجية من خلال استخدام برامج متطورة تساعد المؤسسة في انتهاز الفرص المتاحة في البيئة الخارجية مما يؤدي إلى تحسين تنافسيتها وتعزيز مكانتها في السوق، بالإضافة الى أنها تسمح للمؤسسة بالمراقبة المستمرة لمختلف التهديدات التي يمثلها المنافسون، وتقديم توقعات مسبقة لتحركاتهم من خلال جمع المعلومات باستمرار عن المنافسين الحاليين والمنافسين المحتملين، كما تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات التي تخدم موضوع الدراسة The study aims to identify the extent to which the pillars of digital transformation strategies contribute to enhancing the strategic foresight e of Algeria Telecom Enterprise in Chlef City. The descriptive analytical approach was used. To achieve the study objective, a questionnaire was designed to collect data from the sample members, which numbered (40) individuals, and processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study concluded that application of the pillars of digital transformation strategies contributes to enhancing strategic foresight through the use of advanced programs that help the enterprise seize available opportunities in the external environment, which leads to improving its competitiveness and strengthening its position in the market. In addition, it allows the enterprise to continuously monitor the various competitors’ threats, and to provide advance expectations of their movements by continuously collecting information about current and potential competitors. A set of recommendations were also presented that serve the study subject.
