دور وأهمية التقييم في تحديد مستوى لاعبي كرة القدم لفئة الأواسط- أقل من 20 سنة قصد انتقاء العناصر المميّزة

Résumé: هدفت دراستنا إلى تحقيق ثلاث أهداف رئيسية وهي محولة معرفة كيفية انتقاء المدربين للاعبي فئة الأواسط لأقل من 20 سنة لفرق أقسام الدنيا ، ومعرفة مستوى هؤلاء اللاعبين في المجال البدني ومحاولة البحث عن العناصر المميزة منهم. وللوصول إلى ذلك أستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي بتطبيق اختبارات بدنية ميدانية على عينة بلغت 503 لاعبا من فئة الأواسط أقل من 20 سنة ينشطون في الأقسام الجهوية والولائية للموسم الرياضي 2017.2016 اشتملت على سبعة ) 07 ( اختبارات بدنية. كما تم توزيع استبيان على 30 مدربا لهذه الفئة. تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية ودور التقييم في تحديد مستوى لاعبي كرة القدم لفئة الأواسط )أقل من 20 سنة( وذلك لما يحتوي من قياس واختبار، كما تتجلى أهمية التقييم في تحديد المستوى لدى اللاعبين في المجال البدني وذلك بالسبل الموضوعية والعلمية بعيدين عن الكيفية الذاتية )الملاحظة بالعين المجردة( والتي نعتبرها وسيلة تقليدية لا تخلو من العيوب وخاصة عندما تكون خالية من التخطيط والدقة. وبهذا أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن أغلبية مدربي هذه الفئة لا يستعملوا الاختبارات في عملية التقييم قصد الانتقاء. حيث يعتمد أغلبيتهم على الملاحظة المباشرة والاعتماد على المباريات كمعيار لعملية الانتقاء. وتبين كذلك أن اغلبية لاعبي هذه الاقسام لها مستوى غير مقبول في المجال البدني، إلا أنه توجد فئة قليلة من العناصر المميزة في هذا المجال. Our study aimed to achieve three main goals, which are to know how the coaches select the middle class players for less than 20 years for the lower division teams, and to know the level of these players in the physical field and try to search for the distinctive elements of them. To reach that, we used the descriptive approach by applying field physical tests on a sample of 503 players from the middle category less than 20 years old who are active in the regional and state departments for the 2016-2017 sports season, which included seven (07) physical tests. A questionnaire was also distributed to 30 trainers for this category. In this study, we touched on highlighting the importance and role of evaluation in determining the level of football players for the middle class (less than 20 years old) due to the measurement and testing it contains. The importance of evaluation is also evident in determining the level of players in the physical field by objective and scientific methods far from subjective quality. (Observation with the naked eye), which we consider a traditional method, is not without flaws, especially when it is devoid of planning and accuracy. Thus, the results of this study showed that the majority of trainers in this category do not use tests in the evaluation process for the purpose of selection. The majority of them rely on direct observation and rely on matches as a criterion for the selection process. It was also found that the majority of the players of these divisions have an unacceptable level in the physical field, but there are a few distinct elements in this field
