مدى توفر القدرات الإبداعية وأثر الفروق الفردية والوظيفية عليها: دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة Alfapipe بعنابة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى توفر القدرت الابداعية وأثر الفروق الفردية والوظيفية عليها، على مستوى مؤسسة ALFAPIPE بولاية عنابة . ولتحقيق هذه الغاية تم استطلاع عينة قدرت بــ (45) مبحوثا استجاب منهم (42) بنسبة رد بلغت (93.33%)، حيث تم تصميم استمارة تكونت من جزءين؛ تعلق الأول بالبيانات الشخصية، وتضمن الثاني عبارات حول القدرات الإبداعية والمتعلقة بمكوانتها والمتمثلة في القدرة الاستيعابية، القدرة على التكيف والقدرة على التفكير. ومن أجل تحليل النتائج تم الاعتماد على التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي، اختبار T-test وتحليل التباين الأحادي. وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة توفر القدرات الإبداعية بمستوى متوسط، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ترجع لكل من الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي، المستوى الوظيفي والأقدمية نحو القدرات الإبداعية بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، لتختتم الدراسة بتقديم إقتراحات للمسؤولين. The study aims to identify the availability of creative abilities and the impact of individual and functional differences on them, at ALFAPIPE Organization in Annaba. To achieve this goal a sample of (45) respondents was surveyed, of whom (42) responded, with a response rate of (93.33%). Where a form was designed and consisted of two parts; The first relates to personal data, and the second includes Dimensions about creative abilities related to their component of absorptive abilities, adaptability and thinking ability. In order to analyze the results, descriptive statistical analysis, T-test and one-way analysis of variance were used. One of the most important results of the study was the availability of creative abilities at an average level, and the absence of statistically significant differences due to gender, age, educational level, career level and seniority towards creative abilities in the organization under study, to conclude the study by providing suggestions
