حماية حقوق الأطفال ذوو الاحتياجات الخاصة وفقا للقانون الدولي

Résumé: لقد أقرت معظم القوانين الدولية بحقوق الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، من خلال تقرير آليات وضمانات لحماية حقوق هذه الفئة، التي غالبا ما تُهضم أبسط حقوقها سواء المالية أو غير المالية، باختلاف أنواع الإعاقة سواء كانت ذهنية٬ أو حركية٬ أو نفسية٬ أو حتى اجتماعية. وعملت أغلب الدول على ترقية حقوق هذه الفئة من خلال رسم استراتيجيات لتخطي العقبات التي قد تواجهها وتحول دون تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة. Most international laws have recognized the children’s rights with special needs through the determination of mechanisms and guarantees to protect their rights. Its most basic rights are often taken, both financial and non-financial depending on the type of disability, whether mental, kinetic, psychological or even social. Most countries worked to promote this category’s rights through strategies to skip these obstacles that may encounter without achieving the established goals.
