Etude Des Activités Analgésique Et Anti-inflammatoire Des Extraits D’une Plante Médicinale De La Région De Béchar : Bubonium Graveolens
Résumé: This study aims to analyze the anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity of an endemic species of the Sahara, Bubonium graveolens, which belongs to the Astraceae family; this is done in order to enhance its use in traditional medicine. The aqueous extract and essential oils were prepared from the aerial part (leaves, flowers) of our studied species, collected in the region of Bechar. The analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity of the aqueous extract and the essential oil of Bubonium graveolens was evaluated in mice of the NMRI (Albino) strain, weighing between 22g and 38g. Male mice were used in the in vivo study. The evaluation of the analgesic activity shows that the aqueous extract at 150 mg / kg reduces the number of abdominal cramps caused by acetic acid) 1% (the number of cramps for our extract 49.60 and for Diclofenac 49 ), thus for the essential oil the analgesic effect was more effective than that of paracetamol and Diclofenac. The results of anti-inflammatory activity by plethysmometer show that our aqueous extract gave a percentage of inhibition very close to Diclofenac, especially in the concentration of 150 mg / kg. Regarding the essential oil at the concentrations of 20 and 25 mg / kg has a better activity than Diclofenac.
