تعليم اللغة العربية و المقاربة بالكفاءات-المرحلة الابتدائية.

Résumé: اللغة هي أشكال صوتية ورموز كتابية لها وظائف عدة منها التواصل والتعبير ونقل المعلومات وتبادل الأفكار... الخ.فتعليم وتعلم اللغة واستعمالها استعمالا أمثل جوهرها طبيعة وقيمة نظرتنا إليها فإن كانت نظرتنا شاملة لوظائفها وفروعها جاءت أهدافها في مستوى تطلعاتنا،ولعل نظرة مصممي المناهج باعتماد المقاربة بالكفاءات هو الذي يحدد العناصر الأساسية التي تبنى عليها تعليمية اللغة العربية في المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية .وقد تطرقنا في بحثنا إلى تعلم اللغة العربية في ضوء المقاربة بالكفاءات باختيار المقاربة النصية كاختيار منهجي، وكان هدفنا في هذا المقال الاطلاع على واقع تعليم اللغة العربية في المدرسة الجزائرية في ضوء المقاربة بالكفاءات، ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن اللغة كل لا يتجزأ ولابد من الأساتذة تغيير الممارسات البيداغوجية التقليدية بانتهاج ممارسات حديثة في تعليمية اللغات بصفة عامة وتعليمية اللغة العربية بصفة خاصة . :Language is phoneme forms and written symbols that have many functions, including communication, expression, information transfer, and exchange of ideas ...... etc. Teaching and learning the language and using it in an optimal way is the essence of nature and value Our view of it, if our view was comprehensive of its functions and branches, its goals came at the level of our aspirations, and perhaps the approach of the curriculum designers in adopting the approach with competencies is what determines the basic elements upon which the teaching of the Arabic language is built in the Algerian educational system. We have discussed in our research the learning of the Arabic language in the light of the competencies approach by choosing the textual approach as a systematic choice the most important findings of it that the language is indivisible and the professors must change the traditional pedagogical practices by adopting modern practices in the teaching of languages in general and the Arabic language in particular.
