Résumé: This study sheds the light on how the fluctuations in oil prices affacted the economic growth in Algeria . For that,we tryed to know what are the factors that affected the oil pricing and how the balances of power changed in the world oil market, and What is the concept of the oil state? and how it is associated with the rest of the parties in the internationalmarket to determine the prices. As well as showing the mutual impact of oil price fluctuations and economic growth. Also This study examines the reality of the oil sector in Algeria and reveals that the revenue of oil export constitutes an important element in the GDP of Algeria ,and the major element in the annual budjet, what makes the development policy depends on the revenue of oil sector .
