بروفيل سوسيوديموغرافي للإناث ضحايا جريمة الإغتصاب في المجتمع الجزائري

Résumé: ملخص:‏ تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على بروفيل الإناث ضحايا جريمة الإغتصاب‎ ‎في المجتمع ‏الجزائري وهذا ‏من خلال‎ ‎‏الكشف عن أهم الخصائص الديموغرافية والإجتماعية المشتركة بين الإناث ‏ضحايا جريمة الإغتصاب والتي تعتبر من بين ‏العوامل والأسباب التي ساهمت في وقوعهن ضحايا ‏لجريمة الاغتصاب، كما تهدف للكشف عن مدى تفاعل هذه الخصائص الديموغرافية والإجتماعية مع ‏ظروف وقوع الجريمة والمجرم، مما يمكننا من التنبؤ مستقبلا أنه بتوفر هذا البروفيل ‏في الإناث يجعل عوامل ‏الخطر مرتفعة مما يزيد في إحتمال وقوعهن ضحايا لجريمة الإغتصاب. واعتمدت ‏الدراسة على المنهج ‏الوصفي التحليلي من خلال دراسة الحالة لعينة مكونة من 04 حالات، وتمت الدراسة بالمركز ‏الوطني ‏لحماية النساء المعنفات ومن هن بوضع صعب ببوسماعيل، ولاية تيبازة، بالإعتماد على أدوات جمع ‏البيانات المتمثلة في ‏الملاحظة والمقابلة. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن ضحايا جريمة ‏الإغتصاب تتميز ببروفيل ‏ديموغرافي وإجتماعي ساهم في وقوعهن ضحايا لجريمة الإغتصاب في المجتمع ‏الجزائري، حيث تميزت الضحايا ‏بخصائص ديموغرافية مشتركة أهمها: السن، الحالة الإجتماعية، ‏المستوى الدراسي، أما الخصائص ‏الإجتماعية المشتركة هي غياب الأمن الأسري، غياب الأمن ‏الإجتماعي وغياب ونقص‎ ‎الحماية، مما ساهم في جعلهن ضحايا لجريمة الإغتصاب -خاصة مع ‏تفاعل هذه الخصائص مع ظروف وقوع الجريمة من زمان ومكان مع موجود ‏استعداد للمعتدي ‏الجنسي‎.‎ الكلمات المفتاحية: بروفيل الضحايا‎;‎‏ ضحايا الجريمة‎;‎‏ الخصائص الديموغرافية; الخصائص الإجتماعية; ‏الإناث; جريمة الإغتصاب‎.‎‏ ‏ Abstract:‎ This study aims to identify the profile of female victims to rape crimes in the ‎Algerian ‎society, and this is by revealing the most common demographic ‎and social features among the victims of rape crime that are ‎considered ‎among the factors and causes which contribute to the likelihood of them ‎‎becoming victims of rape crime , it also aims to reveal the extent of the ‎interaction of these demographic and social features with the circumstances ‎of the crime occurrence and the offender , which enables us to predict the ‎future that the availability of this female victim profile - makes the risk ‎factors high, which increases their probability of becoming victims of rap ‎crime - The study relied on the descriptive and analytical ‎approach, the ‎sample consisted of ‎‏04‏‎ cases. The study was carried out at the National ‎Center for the Protection of Battered Women and those in a serious status in ‎Bousamail, state of Tipaza. By relying on data collection tools represented ‎in the observation, and the ‎interview. The study reached the following ‎results: The victim of a rape crime is distinguished by a demographic and ‎social profile that contributed to their becoming victims of rape crime in the ‎Algerian society, as the victims were characterized by common demographic ‎features, which are: age, marital status, academic level .The common social ‎features It is the lack of family security, the lack of social security , the ‎absence and lack of protection, which make them more exposed to ‎the risk ‎of falling as a victim of a rape crime.
