دور الاتصال التربوي في تحسين العلاقة بين أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وتلاميذ الطور الثانوي(12-15) سنة.

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور دور الاتصال التربوي في تحسين العلاقة بين أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وتلاميذ الطور الثانوي(15-18) سنة. حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي على عينة متكونة من 22 أستاذ تم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي لجمع البيانات استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان، أمّا بخصوص الإجراءات الإحصائية فقد تم استخدام اختبار كا2 والنسبة المئوية، واستنادا إلى النتائج المتحصل عليها من خلال إجراء الدّراسة الميدانية على بعض ثانويات ولاية عين الدفلى، وبناءا على تحليل ومناقشة النتائج الخاصة بالاستبيان أجمع معظم الأساتذة أن لكفاءة وخبرة أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية دور فعال في تحسين العلاقة بينه وبين تلاميذه خلال حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية، في المقابل جل الأساتذة اتفقوا على أن زيادة التميز بالمهارات الاتصالية يحسن العلاقة بين الأستاذ والتلميذ. الكلمات المفتاحية الدالة: الاتصال التربوي، الأستاذ، التربية البدنية والرياضية، المراهقة. Abstract : The study aims to identify the role of educational communication in improving the relationship between a professor of physical education and sports and secondary school students (15-18) years. Where we used the descriptive approach on a sample of 22 randomly selected professors to collect data we used the questionnaire tool. Regarding the statistical procedures, the K2 test and the percentage was used, and based on the results obtained through conducting the field study on some secondary schools in Ain Defla. On analyzing and discussing the results of the questionnaire, most of the teachers unanimously agreed that the competence and experience of a professor of physical education and sports has an effective role in improving the relationship between him and his students during the physical education and sports class. On the other hand, most of the teachers agreed that increasing excellence in communication skills improves the relationship between the teacher and the student.
