الاستراتيجية الشاملة كآلية للتعاون الدولي
Résumé: الملخص في ظل تنامي الاهتمام الصيني بالقارة الإفريقية بشكل عام خاصة مع نهاية الحرب الباردة ،ومع تطور السياسة الخارجية لجمهورية الصين الشعبية التي أصبحت تركز على الجوانب البراغمتية في علاقاتها مع دول العالم وكمجال جيوستراتيجي مع دول القارة الإفريقية ومنطقة شمال إفريقيا وبشكل أكثر دقة مع الجزائر على وجه التحديد ، وبالتالي نعمل من خلال هذه المذكرة للبحث عن المكانة التي تحتلها الجزائر كدولة محورية في منطقة شمال إفريقيا، ضمن الاستراتيجية الشاملة للصين في هذا المجال الجيوستراتيجي وذلك على ضوء الفرص المتاحة لكلا الطرفين الجزائري والصيني من جهة ، والرهانات والتحديات التي تواجه مستقبل هذه العلاقة خاصة الطرف الجزائري . Abstract : - In light of the growing Chinese intrests in African continent in general by the end of Cold War , and by the development of China’s Foreign politics which has became focused on Pragmatic issues in its relations with countries around the world and as geostrategic area with Africans countries in particular, so we try through this study to highlighting the status of algerian strategic relations with PRC perspective in view of opportunities for both tow sides together , and too specifically the algerian side.
