العلاقات الصينية الإفريقية في ظل مبادرة الحزام والطريق China-africa Relations Under The Belt And Road Initiative

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى أن الشراكة الصينية الأفريقية لا سيما في ظل مشروع الحزام و الطريق حققت تطورا كبيرا خاصة بعد تأسيس منتدى التعاون الصيني_الأفريقي من خلال تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي و التبادل التجاري و زيادة حجم الاستثمارات البينية و بالتالي تكون الصين الشريك الأكبر لإفريقيا استثماريا و تمويليا.و خلص البحث بوجود أفاق واعدة للشراكة الصينية الإفريقية في ظل الإستراتيجية الصينية ما دام هناك إرادة مشتركة بين الطرفين و تعتبر الدول الإفريقية مكسب للاقتصاد الصيني باعتبارها جزء من الخزان العالمي من الموارد الطبيعية و المعدنية و سوقا كبيرا للاستثمارات الكبرى. Abstract : The Chinese-African partnership, especially in light of the Belt and Road project, has achieved great development, especially after the establishment of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation through strengthening economic cooperation and trade exchange and increasing the volume of inter-investment, and thus China is Africa's largest partner in investment and financing. And the research concluded that there are prospects Promising for the Chinese-African partnership in light of the Chinese strategy as long as there is a common will between the two parties, and the African countries are considered a haven for the Chinese economy as part of the global reservoir of natural and mineral resources and a major market for major investments.
