تداعيات مؤشرات أداء الأعمال على القرار الاستثماري في سوق الأوراق المالية العربية للفترة 2000-2023

Résumé: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى قياس وتحليل التداعيات المترتبة لأداء الأعمال في الدول العربية على القرار الاستثماري في أسواق الأوراق المالية إبان الأزمات الاقتصادية. من أجل توضيح طبيعة العلاقة محل الدراسة، ارتأينا قياس وتحليل التداعيات المترتبة عن أداء الأعمال في الدول العربية معتمدين في ذلك على أدوات التحليل الوصفي واختبارات الارتباط بين مجموعة من المؤشرات خلال الفترة 2000–2023. أظهرت النتائج المحصلة أن لبيئة الأعمال تأثيرات إيجابية ومعنوية على مؤشر القيمة السوقية في دول الخليج، حجم التداول في أسواق المشرق العربي، وأيضا تأثيرات إيجابية ومعنوية على ذات المؤشرين بالنسبة لأسواق المغرب العربي. من أبرز ما توصي به هذه الدراسة ضرورة قيام إدارة أسواق الأوراق المالية في الدول العربية المتخلفة بتوفير نظام معلوماتي للمستثمرين مع ضمان حمايتهم من مخاطر الاستثمار المالي. وأيضا اتخاد التدابير والإجراءات اللازمة لتحسين ظروف الاستثمار من قوانين وتشريعات تحكم الاستثمار وتقلل المخاطر في أسواق الأوراق المالية العربية. This research paper aimed to measure and analyse the implications of business performance in Arab countries over the period 2000-2023 and during economic crises. For that, the researcher used descriptive analysis tools and correlation tests between the business performance index, market value index, exchange volume index and stock market index. The results of the correlation analysis showed that the business environment has positive and significant effects on the value index of the capital markets in the Gulf countries, positive and significant effects on the trading volume in the Middle East markets, and positive and significant effects on the same indicators for the Maghreb markets. The paper tried to provide some suggestions to serve the decision to invest in the stock markets of Arab countries, for the first the need for the Arab Securities Markets Department to provide an information system for investors while ensuring their protection from financial investment risks, and then taking the necessary measures and procedures to improve the investment conditions of laws and legislation governing investment and minimising risks in the Arab countries' stock markets.
