تداعيات استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على القرار الاستثماري لأسواق الأوراق المالية العربية في ظل أزمة جائحة كورونا

Résumé: تتصدر تكنولوجيا المعلومات المراتب العليا في تسهيل العمليات الاقتصادية لجميع دول العالم ومنها المالية، حيث يعتبر قناة وصل بين المستثمرين في سوق الأوراق المالية لما له من خصائص وتأثير على نشاطها خاصة في غضون الأزمات الاقتصادية والمالية. من أجل توضيح طبيعة هذه العلاقة بينهم في أزمة جائحة كورونا 19 ارتأينا في هذه الورقة البحثية قياس التداعيات المترتبة عن استعمال الانترنت في الدول العربية باستعمال نموذج بانلعلى القرارات الاستثمارية وأظهرت النتائج تباين في هذا الأثر بين الدّول حيّز الدراسة وذلك في المدى القصير والطويل، كما أوضحت أنّ العلاقة بين مؤشر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتّصالات والقرار الاستثماري للدول العربية لا تتشابه فيما بينها ويفسّرها خصائص النمط الاقتصادي المعتمد لكل دولة. الكلمات المفتاحية:تكنولوجيا المعلومات، سوق الأوراق المالية، الدول العربية ، القرار الاستثماري. Information and communications technology occupies the highest ranks in facilitating economic operations for all countries around the world, including finance, it is considered a link channel between investors in the stock market due toits characteristics and impact on its activity, especially during economic and financial crises. In order to clarify the nature of this relationship between them in the crisis of the Corona 19 pandemic, we considered in this research paper to measure the effect of using the Internet in Arab countries using the Panel on investment decisions, the results showed a variation in this effect between the countries studied, in the short and long term, it also clarified that this relationship betweentheinformation and communication technology index and the investment decision of Arab countries is not the same, and is explained by the characteristics of the economic pattern adopted for each country.
