Résumé: إن حرية مؤسسات الإعلام تعتبر من أبرز مظاهر الديمقراطية في الأنظمة الحديثة، ومقياس للديمقراطية، يبرز من خلال تمتع الأفراد بحرية التعبير عبر مختلف وسائل الإعلام، لاعتبارها من صور المشاركة في تسيير نظام الحكم وصنع القرار في البلاد، وإقرار حماية لحرية مؤسسات الإعلام، في دستور الدولة الجزائرية، وفي التشريع الاعلامي، بصورة تضمن ممارستها الفعلية، وحمايتها من كل انتهاك، يعبر عن دولة ديمقراطية، ومجتمع حر يمارس حقوقه الطبيعية في الإعلام بكل حرية بموجب ضمانات قانونية. الكلمات المفتاحية:.التشريع الإعلامي؛ مؤسسات الإعلام؛ حرية الاعلام؛ الدستور الجزائري Abstract Freedom of media institutions is one of the most prominent manifestations of democracy in modern systems, and a measure of democracy, which emerges through the enjoyment of freedom of expression by individuals through various media outlets, as they are forms of participation in the running of the system of government and decision-making in the country, and the adoption of protection for the freedom of media institutions, in the state constitution In the media legislation, in a way that guarantees its actual exercise and protection from every violation, it expresses a democratic state and a free society that freely exercises its natural rights in the media in accordance with legal guarantees.
