سياسة المدن الجديدة والعنف الحضري - دراسة ميدانية بالمدينة الجديدة –علي منجلي-

Résumé: الملخص : شهدت مدينة قسنطينة على غرار المدن الجزائرية الكبرى تزايدا عمرانيا و ديموغرافيا كبيرين مما أدى إلى وجود اختناق فاستلزم الأمر وجود حل لفك هدا الخناق حولها وامام هده الوضعية جاءت فكرة انجاز المدينة الجديدة _علي منجلي-كحل انسب لهده الأزمة قصد إعادة التوازن للبنية الحضرية وتنظيم المجال داخل المجتمع الحضري القسنطيني. إذ اجتاحت المدينة الجديدة – علي منجلي - سلوكات عنيفة قصدية فانتشر العنف بمختلف أشكاله فيها ولأجل ذلك جاءت الدراسة متمحورة حول أسباب وأصول الظاهرة أهي نتيجة لاختلاف مكان الإقامة السابق واختلاف ذهنياتهم أم هي نتيجة عدم تكيفهم مع الوسط الجديد . Abstract : city of Constantine, similar to the major Algerian cities, witnessed a large urban and demographic increase, which led to a suffocation, so it was necessary to find a solution to break this noose around it, and in front of this situation came the idea of realizing the new city - Ali Mengli - as the most appropriate solution for this crisis in order to restore balance to the urban structure and organize the field within the urban community of Constantinople. The new city - Ali Mingli - was invaded by intentional violent behavior, and violence in its various forms spread in it. For this reason, the study focused on the causes and origins of the phenomenon, is it a result of the difference in the previous place of residence and the difference in their mentalities, or is it the result of their lack of adaptation to the new milieu.
