أثر تطبيق المعايير الجزائرية للمراجعة في جودة تقارير محافظ الحسابات دراسة ميدانية استطلاعية
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة تأثير تطبيق المعايير الجزائرية للتدقيقعلى جودة تقارير محافظ الحسابات من حيث القيمة الاخبارية. وتناولت هذه الدراسة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي أسئلة مقابلة على مجموعة من محافظي الحسابات وهيئات لها علاقة بإعداد واستخدام المعايير الجزائرية للتدقيقخلال الفترة (شهر مارس 2018)، اضافة الى مقابلة مجموعة من الشخصيات التي لها علاقة بتقارير محافظ الحسابات و معالجتها اضافة الى مناقشة الاجابات التي تمت مع الشخصيات المعنية. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة الى أن الالتزامبتطبيق المعايير الجزائرية للتدقيق في البيئة المحاسبية الجزائرية مازالت تحتاج إلى تطوير لتتوافق بشكل كامل مع واقع بيئة الاعمال الجزائرية. This study aims to determine the impact of the application of Algerian auditing standards to the quality of auditor reports in terms of significant value,. This study, using the descriptive approach, interviewed a group of auditors and organizations related to the preparation and use of Algerian audit standards during the period (March 2018), in addition to interviewing a group of auditors. The study concluded that the commitment to apply Algerian auditing standards in the Algerian accounting environment still needs to be developed in order to fully comply with the reality of the Algerian business environment.
