Résumé: تناقش هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع واقع تطبيق الجهاز البنكي الجزائري لمقررات بازل3 في ظل مشكل السيولة، لذلك تمت صياغة الإشكالية الرئيسية على النحو التالي: ما هو واقع تطبيق البنوك التجارية الجزائرية لمقررات بازل3 في ظل مشكل السيولة الهيكلي؟ والهدف الأساسي من ذلك هو محاولة دراسة مدى تطبيق البنوك الجزائرية وتكيفها لمقررات بازل3. حيث تم التوصل الى أن البنوك التجارية خاصة العمومية منها تمكنت من رفع رؤوس اموالها بسهولة واعتماد نسب رفع مالي تفوق النسب المحددة في بازل3، وكذا تمتع البنوك الجزائرية بملاءة مالية معتبرة ومقبولة. This paper discusses and examines the reality of the implementation of Basel III decisions in the Algerian banking system in light of the liquidity problem; therefore, the main problem was formulated as follows: What is the reality of the implementation of Basel III decisions by the Algerian commercial banks in light of the surplus of structural liquidity? The main objective is to try to examine the extent to which Algerian banks have applied and adapted to Basel III decisions . As it was concluded that the commercial banks, especially the public ones, were able to raise their capital easily and adopt financial raising ratios that exceed the rates specified in Basel 3, as well as the enjoyment of the Algerian banks considerable financial solvency
