واقع التكوين المستمر لأخصائي المعلومات بالمكتبات الجامعية في ظل البيئة الرقمية : دراسة ميدانية بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة باب الزوار- الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على الوضع الراهن لبرامج التكوين المستمر لأخصائي المعلومات في المكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية في ظل بيئة رقمية متغيرة ومتجددة، لتطرح جملة من التساؤلات وتصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج والمقترحات للارتقاء بالتكوين المستمر داخل هذه المؤسسات الوثائقية حتى تكون في مستوى روادها محققة بذلك قيمة مضافة وقفزة نوعية في تقديم الخدمات والمنتجات الرقمية المكتبية. و تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على المتطلبات والمهارات الوظيفية والمهنية لأخصائي المعلومات للعمل في بيئة المكتبات الرقمية، من جهة والتكوين المستمر الموجه الى أخصائي المعلومات بالمكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية من جهة أخرى، وأيضا مدى توافق هذه البرامج التكوينية مع تأهيل أخصائي المعلومات بالشكل الذي يساعده للعمل في بيئة المكتبات الرقمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: أخصائي المعلومات؛ البيئة الرقمية ؛ التكوين المستمر ؛ جامعة باب الزوار ؛ المكتبات الجامعية. Abstract This study sheds light on the current situation of the enduring formation programs for the information specialists in the Algerian university libraries, in the light of a dynamic and renewable digital environment. This study raises a number of questions and reaches a set of results and recommendations to upgrade the continuous training within these documentary institutions in order to be at the level of its pioneers, achieving a benefit and a quantum leap in the provision of the digital office services and products. This study aims at identifying the functional and professional requirements and skills for the information specialists to work in the digital library environment, on one hand, and the continuous training directed to the information specialist in the Algerian university libraries on the other hand. as well as the extent to which these training programs are harmonious with the qualification of the information specialist in a way that helps him to work in the digital library environment.
