دراسة مقارنة بين الجري المتقطع (15/15) والألعاب المصغرة 4 ضد 4 على السرعة الهوائية القصوى لدى لاعبي كرة القدم أقل من 21 سنة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى المقارنة بين الجري المتقطع (15/15) والألعاب المصغرة 4 ضد 4 وأثرهما على السرعة الهوائية القصوى لدى لاعبي كرة القدم أقل من 21 سنة، حيث استخدمنا المنهج التجريبي، وتم اختيار عينة قصدية مكونة من 16 لاعب من إتحاد الأخضرية مقسمة إلى عينتين تجريبيتين متساويتين، وكأدوات للدراسة تم الاعتماد على اختبار Vam-eval، وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، وأخيرا خلصت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الجري المتقطع (15/15) والألعاب المصغرة 4 ضد 4 في السرعة الهوائية القصوى.The study aims to compare between intermittent running (15/15) and small-sided games (4v4) on the maximum aerobic speed for football players U 21 years old. For this purpose, experimental method was carried out. An intentional sample of 16 players from the IBL team was selected and divided into two experimental samples. For study tools Vam-eval tests were used and the data were processed statistically using the SPSS statistical software. Finally, the study concluded that there are no significant differences between intermittent running (15/15) and small-sided games (4v4) of the maximum aerobic speed.
