دور الأمم المتحدة في عملية بناء السلام في كوسوفو

Résumé: على اعتبار أن حفظ السلم والأمن الدوليين من اختصاص هيئة الأمم المتحدة، فإن مجمل تدخلاتها تكون في هذا الصدد، وهو ما لاحظناه من خلال تدخلها في قضية كوسوفو بمختلف أجهزتها، وإصدار قرارات تتعلق بصون حقوق الإنسان في الإقليم من مختلف الانتهاكات، ومحاولة إرساء أطر داعمة لمسار بناء السلام، لهذا فقد تم إرسال بعثة أممية بهدف الإدارة المؤقتة للإقليم عبر السهر على إنشاء مؤسسات مؤقتة، وضمان وصول المساعدات الإنسانية والسهر على إعادة اعتمار الإقليم نظرا للخسائر التي شهدها، ويبحث مقالنا في نوعية الآليات المستخدمة من قبل الأمم المتحدة لبناء السلام في كوسوفو. Abstract : All UN operations are directed to keeping international peace and security, because they are from the UN's jurisdiction. That's what we saw it through its mediation in the Kosovo issue, Depending on the various organs ,and Make decisions relating to the protection of human rights ,and try to Lay the foundation of the peace-building. So it has been sending UN Mission in order to The provincial administration temporarily, through The establishment of provisional institutions, And ensure access of humanitarian aid, And the reconstruction of the region because of the damages suffered by it, So we tried through this article to search in the means used by UN to building peace in Kosovo.
