العمق التخصصي في التخطيط اللغوي لترجمة المصطلحات وتعريبها عند المحدثين

Résumé: يسعى هذا البحث إلى بيان العمق التخصصي والكشف عن إشاراته وتحليل مدلولاته في عملية التخطيط اللغوي لترجمة المصطلحات وتعريبها عن المحدثين، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على فلسفة التخطيط اللغوي من منظور لغوي واصطلاحي، والكشف جهود المحدثين من أفراد وجماعات في عملية التخطيط اللغوي لترجمة المصطلحات وتعريبها، واستجلاء معالم العمق التخصصي في التخطيط اللغوي للمنجز المصطلحي عند المحدثين، وتوضيح أثر التخطيط اللغوي في المصطلح المترجم والمعرب على تنمية الدرس اللغوي العربي، وترقية محتواه المعرفي في ظل المستحدثات الحضارية، والعمل على طرح فلسفة استراتيجية من أجل تعزيز عملية التخطيط اللغوي العربي لترجمة المصطلحات وتعريبها في ضوء معطيات اللغويات النظرية والتطبيقية الحديثة، وبيان كل ما سبق بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي والبنائي، مع بيان آراء أهل اللغة وأرباب الصناعة المصطلحية الحديثة، ومن ثم الخاتمة، وفيها نتائج البحث وتوصياته وحواشيه، وفهرس للمصادر والمراجع. This research seeks to clarify the specialized depth, reveal its signs, and analyze its implications in the linguistic planning process for the translation and Arabization of terms from the modernists, by shedding light on the philosophy of language planning from a linguistic and idiomatic perspective, and revealing the efforts of the modernists from individuals and groups in the linguistic planning process to translate Terminology and its Arabization, and to elucidate the features of the specialized depth in the linguistic planning of the terminological achievement of the modernists, and to clarify the impact of linguistic planning in the translated and Arabized term on the development of the Arabic language lesson, and the promotion of its knowledge content in light of civilizational innovations, and working to propose a strategic philosophy in order to enhance the process of Arabic linguistic planning for translation Terminology and its Arabization in the light of the data of modern theoretical and applied linguistics, and a statement of all of the above using the descriptive analytical and constructivist approach, with a statement of the opinions of the linguists and the leaders of the modern terminological industry, and then the conclusion, which includes the results of the research, its recommendations and footnotes, and an index of sources and references.
