القوى والفضائل الإنسانية: تساؤلات أساسية واتجاهات مستقبلية في علم النفس الإيجابي

Résumé: هذا البحث يسلط الضوء على مفهوم القوى والفضائل الإنسانية باعتباره مفهوما فاعلا في إطار الدراسات النفسية الإيجابية، إذ يهدف إلى طرح إشكالات المصطلح فلسفيا دينيا ونفسيا، كما يعرض تصنيفات مكامن القوى والفضائل الإنسانية و الهناء القائم عليها، مع التركيز على توضيح آلية قياسها وتعزيزها. حيث تم التوصل إلى التأكيد على أن القوى والفضائل الإنسانية من أهم المفاهيم في علم النفس الإيجابي، وأن دراستها وتحليلها يتيح فهما أعمق لشخصية الفرد، كما أن بناءها وتقويتها لا يحقق الصحة النفسية لدى الفرد فقط، بل يتعدى ذلك إلى تحقيق السعادة والرفاهية في الحياة الشخصية والمجتمعية معا. Abstract: The topic of human powers and virtues interest has increased after it left the purely philosophical and religious framework to open up to psychology as well. It was a major subject of positive psychology that emerged at the hands of Martin Seligman in 1998 as a new trend in psychology, seeking a fundamental change in the focus of traditional and regular psychology, from just getting busy with correcting flaws, to building positive qualities as well. So this research aims to introduce the concept of human powers and virtues, through the descriptive and analytical approach, and based on the foreign and Arab theoretical heritage that it dealt with, and trying to answer the basic questions raised about it: What is the definition of human powers and virtues? What is the list of human strengths and virtues? How is the blissfulness based on it defined? What is the mechanism for measuring strengths and Reinforcement strategies?
