دور منظمة العمل الدولية في دعم خدمات الرعاية الصحية و تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Résumé: ملخص: يتناول هذا البحث دور منظمة العمل الدولية و علاقتها باقتصاديات الرعاية الصحية في الدول العربية و اثرها على التنمية المستدامة من خلال توضيح مفهوم خدمات الرعاية الصحية، أهدافها، أهميتها ومبادؤها. ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أن أغلب الدول تعاني من ضالة الميزانيات المخصصة للرعاية الصحية رغم الدور الذي تلعبه منظمة العمل الدولية ، إضافة إلى النقص في خدمات الرعاية الصحية مما أثر على مسار التنمية في هاته الدول لذا يجب على المسؤولين توفير وسائل الرعاية الصحية الأساسية، توفير الكوادر الصحية و تاهيلها، تشجيع البحوث الخاصة بتطوير خدمات الرعاية الصحية. Abstract: This research addresses the role of the ILO and its relationship with health care economies in the Arab countries and its impact on sustainable development by clarifying the concept of health care services, its objectives, importance and principle. One of the most important findings that most states are suffering from the duo-budgets of health care, despite the role played by the ILO, as well as the lack of health care services, which impact on the course of development in these states, there should be to provide healthy health care, health and health rehabilitation, health promotion and research.
