Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على تأثير تطبيق نظام الإدارة المتكاملة على تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في مؤسسة ( فرتيال عنابة)، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطوير إستمارة وزعت على عينة عشوائية تتكون من 70 عامل. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مهمة، أهمها وجود علاقة تأثير معنوية لتطبيق نظام الإدارة المتكاملة على تحقيق أبعاد للتنمية المستدامة. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the application of IMs achieving the dimensions of sustainable development, where we distributed a questionnaire to random sample of 70 workers. The study reached a existence of a significant relationship between the application of IMS and achieve dimensions of sustainable development.
