أثر تطبيق نظام الإدارة المتكاملة للجودة والبيئة والصحة على الأداء البشري في المؤسسات الإقتصادية- دراسة حالة مؤسسة فرتيال عنابة-

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على تأثير تطبيق نظام الإدارة المتكاملة للجودة والبيئة والصحة على الأداء البشري في مؤسسة ( فرتيال- عنابة)، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطوير إستمارة معلومات وزعت على عينة تتكون من 50 عامل بالمؤسسة من مختلف المستويات الوظيفية. وبعد تحليل البيانات المجمعة بإستخدام برنامج (SPSS V23) توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة تأثير معنوية لتطبيق متطلبات نظام الإدارة المتكاملة ( السياسة، التخطيط، التنفيذ والتشغيل، الفحص والمراجعة الإدارية) على الأداء البشري في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. Abstract: The purpose of this research paper, is to identify the impact of the application of integrated management system Quality, Environment and Health On Human performance in the enterprise of ( Fertiel- Annaba), To achieve the requirements of the study, an information form was distributed to a sample of (50) workers of various functional levels. After analyzing the data collected by using the SPSS program, The study reached a number of results, the most important: The existence of a significant relationship between to implement requirements of the Integrated Management (policy, planning, implementation, checking and management review) on human performance in the enterprise under study.
