جريمة استغلال الوظيفة في الفقه الاسلامي والقانون الجزائري
Résumé: In my study, I dealt with the subject of exploitative crime in Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian law, and in the form of an introduction, a preliminary introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. . The research problem was: How did Islamic law and the Algerian law deal with the crime of exploitation of employment, and what were the regulatory and? punitive measures taken to limit it. The research was divided at the entrance: which dealt with the concept of exploitation function crime in Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian law with mention of the words attached to it, and the separation of the first one from some photos of the pillar crime of the exploitation function and the penalties provided for each of them, and then came to Chapter II: Rules of Procedure and Disciplinary Measures For the crime of exploitation of the function in Islamic jurisprudence and the law Algerian, in conclusion, I mentioned the most important conclusions and recommendations.
